As a Product Manager at YouApp, you will play a role in driving the success of our platform by assisting in the development, enhancement, and management of our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, developers, and marketers, to ensure the seamless execution of our product roadmap and deliver a user experience.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders and partners, to understand and provide product vision, goals and roadmap.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback analysis to identify opportunities and improve existing features.
Define product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development.
Work closely with the design, marketing and operational teams to create intuitive user interfaces and experiences for all parties necessary.
Coordinate with integration partners, developer teams and other necessary parties to ensure timely delivery of necessities and resolve any roadblocks.
Conduct product testing, including user acceptance testing (UAT), and gather feedback for iterative improvements.
Monitor key product metrics and user feedback to identify trends and areas for optimization and improvements.
Create and maintain product documentation, including user guides, FAQs, and release notes.
Support marketing and sales teams in creating product-related content and materials; conducting training if necessary.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related fields.
Proven experience as a Product Manager, Product Specialist, or similar role in a tech or software company.
Strong understanding of product development processes and methodologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Passionate about creating user experiences and addressing user needs.
Experience in the tech industry or with mobile applications is a plus.
English proficiency with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
