Main Responsibilities:

• Receive, prioritize, and resolve IT supports requests.

• Installation, maintenance, monitor and provide daily support both for hardware and software.

• Responsible for system and network security.

• Research & implement new processes or new technologies to improve IT infrastructure.

• Sharing data peer to peer, system invanty, system Mcafee, and IP Static.

• Check serial number by Power Shell.

• Check Hostname by Power.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering / Computer Science / Information Technology.

• Preferably experienced at least 1 year working as an IT Support.

• Familiar with software & hardware troubleshooting and network configuration.

• Familiar with DLC Boot Table.

• Good communication and problem solving skill is a must.

• Competent at handling users assertively.

• Area domicile: Tebing Tinggi, Medan, Tanjung Selor, Palopo, Ambon, Denpasar, Cianjur, Tasikmalaya.
