JOB DESCRIPTION

As a project manager, you will lead the launch of new projects by leveraging developer and organizational expertise. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within budget, timeline, and scope. This candidate will also monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Responsibilities

• Create a project plan, mockup, framework, and delivering projects on time, on quality and on a budget.
• Make sure the execution of the work items are on schedule with all the factor involve (internal review, technology review, vendor selection, project monitoring, etc).
• Monitoring and managing any problem arise on the on-going day to day operation.
• Review existing application operation for continuous improvement.
• Report progress on a regular interval to relevant stakeholders.
• Resolve any gap in the current user activity with system process/feature.
• Capturing user feedback and create business requirement analyses for the basis of the improvement process.
• Give a new idea to improve image, quality, and performance of the products/services of the company in order to improve customer satisfaction.
• Follow project management procedure and checklist guideline.
• Maintain project scope and change request.
• Communicate with the customer about how our solution that currently designed will support in achieve the project’s goals.

Requirements

• Strong in end-to-end Project Management.
• Understanding Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Have basic knowledge about flowchart process and database table.
• Good communication skill.
• Required languages: English & Bahasa Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
