Responsibilities

• Develop the company's vision, mission, and long-term strategy.

• Develop, implement, and monitor the strategic plan to ensure the organization achieves its goals and objectives.

• Translate strategic goals into actionable operational plans that drive growth and efficiency.

• Regularly review and adjust strategies to adapt to market changes and emerging trends.

• Formulate and implement effective policies to ensure smooth operations and growth of the company.

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the department or organization, ensuring optimal performance and productivity.

• Ensure that all functions and operations are carried out in compliance with legal regulations, policies, and industry standards.

• Collaborate with key departments to ensure smooth execution of cross-functional initiatives.

• Manage departmental or organizational budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility and alignment with financial goals.

• Oversee financial planning, forecasting, and resource allocation.

• Analyze financial performance data and provide reports to senior management or the Board of Directors.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies.

• Identify and assess risks to the organization or department and develop strategies to mitigate those risks.

• Ensure that internal controls and governance mechanisms are effective and up to date.

• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and measure the success of departmental or organizational initiatives.

Qualification

• Minimum education level of a bachelor's degree (S1).

• At least 5 years of work experience in a managerial position at a legally incorporated company.

• Minimum of 2 years of knowledge/experience in the banking sector, Financial Banking or BPR.

• Must hold a valid competency certification for Directors, issued by Lembaga Pelaksana Sertifikasi Kompetensi Kerja licensed by BNSP, or a certification recognized by the authority (OJK) for the position to be filled.
