Job Description

Radya Digital is currently looking for a Project Manager who is able to lead the team in executing projects according to the plan to produce projects that are on time, on budget, and on scope. Assisted by the project management team at Radya Digital, the Project Manager is expected to carry out his responsibilities.

Requirement

• Have good analytical skills, can understand how the flow of an IT application and system works

• Have good interpersonal skills (Key: Lead, communication, empathy, honest, and willing to learn)

• Have knowledge of project management theory and methodology (such as waterfall or agile). Experience in leading a proper project team to be preferred.

• Able to do self and team time management and work under pressure from others

• Able to plan and schedule task items on time, on budget and on scope

• Have the ability to properly solve project problems for team and stakeholders, and negotiate them if needed

• Have the ability to manage and determine the needs of members in the project team

• Have experience min. 2 – 3 years in the same position and field

• Willing to travel between Jakarta-Bandung in some occasions

  Academic History

• Minimum Bachelor (S1) majoring in Information Systems, Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or similar.

• Have experience as a lead in a project team.

• Have experience as a course assistant, lab assistant, or organizational experience is preferred
