A Learning and Development (L&D) Officer is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing training and development programs within an organization. Key responsibilities include analyzing learning needs, designing relevant modules, overseeing program implementation, and utilizing learning management systems. Require strong interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in tools. The L&D Officer plays a vital role in enhancing employee skills and knowledge while supporting the overall goals and initiatives of the organization. 

Job descriptions

  • Conducting Need Analysis (NA) for the training and development needs of Employees 
  • Designing, Organizing and Evaluating development programs according to the planned schedule and preparing the necessary materials, equipment, and costs to ensure the smooth implementation of the development program and the achievement of its objectives. 
  • Documenting activities to ensure the availability of accurate and up-to-date databases related to employee training and development. 
  • Organizing new employee orientation programs in the company to ensure an understanding of the values/norms within the company. 
  •  Managing and monitoring the e-learning process in the LMS App. From course design, material input, report generation, news posting, group creation, and updating the employee database in the LMS App to ensure the data and development materials are valid. 
  • Actively considering the development of LMS App related to user experience, user interface, and necessary features to support the learning process in VisioNet. 
  • Supporting programs or activities organized by the company.

Requirements: 

  •  A Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Educational Technology and having experience as an L&D Officer for min. 1 year. 
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in record-keeping.
  •  Experience in training management and delivering training. 
  • Ability to conduct Learning Needs Analysis, Module Development, and Learning Implementation. 
  • Familiarity with a Learning Management System (LMS). 
  • Proactive attitude and a willingness to take initiative. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, presentation skills, and class management. 
  •  Excellent computer literacy (MS Office). 
  •  Willing to work at Karawaci, Tangerang.
