Qualifications

• Students from computer/IT or related major
• Required basic skills: Networking, Hardware, and Software
• Proactive communicator, sociable, honest, active, and initiative
• Work on-site from West Jakarta 5 days a week

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support to end users and ensure the smooth running of computers, network devices and printers
• Troubleshoot and resolve end user application issues, maintain and update technical support documentation
• Maintain and monitor office network infrastructure, IT security and antivirus tools
• Support the IT team to manage and maintain the office network
• Prepare all the company needs in the IT field
