Jobdesc :
1. Gathering requirements and managing interests, timelines, and expectations from relevant stakeholders to understand their needs.
2. Analyze, prioritize, and organize task, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers and testers to follow within sprints
3. Meet and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to establish project scope, system goals, and requirements
4. Identifying pain points in existing business processes and providing effective, reliable, and scalable solutions
5. Providing, updating and monitor detailed project action plans, timelines, and comprehensive documentation and training as needed.
6. Translate highly technical specifications into clear non-technical requirements
Other Qualifications:
1. 1-3 years experience working with information technologies and systems analysis
2. Proven ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions
3. Excellent communication skills
4. Having good skill on Data Process (SQL, Excel, etc) is preferrable
5. Having good analytical skill and problem solving
6. Having good knowledge on Agile SDLC & Sprints
7. Understanding Diagram Relationship Entity and Business Process Activities
