Job Description

1. Plan and implement new designs.
2. Optimize existing user interface designs.
3. Communicate with clients to understand their business goals and objectives. Develop technical and business requirements and always strive to deliver intuitive and user-centered solutions
4. Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define user requirements and design objectives..
5. Creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.
6. Combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements.
7. Create prototypes for new product ideas.
8. Test new ideas before implementing them.
9. Conduct ongoing user research.

Job Requirements

1. Undergraduate students, Diploma students, or Fresh Graduate from IT or other related majors.
2. Understand the basic concept of UI design.
3. Hands-on experience creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, etc.
4. Fluent in using design tools (Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, etc).
5. Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio.
6. Be open to receiving objective criticism and improving upon it.
7. Great communication skills and capable of explaining decisions.
8. Having some knowledge of Usability Factors in Human-Computer Interaction.
