Bachelor's degree in design, interaction design, or related field. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Extensive experience and proficiency in Interaction Design and/or Visual Designs is required
Advanced proficiency with at least one UI design tool (preferably Figma)
Good understanding of typography, colour theory, grids, visual layout, and design patterns
Experience facilitating design sprints
Working knowledge of Agile, productivity and collaboration tools like Microsoft Office, Keynote, Trello, Invision, Miro etc.
Experience with Lean UX methodologies and Design Thinking Framework
Basic understanding of front-end web technologies (eg. HTML,CSS, Javascript)
Job Description
Partner with product managers to establish product designs that serve customer needs.
From market research, industry trends, competitive analysis, and user experience research findings you will design appropriate user journeys and top-notch user experiences for web and mobile products / solutions
Lead UX design discussions and translate requirements to low and high-fidelity prototypes iteratively
Test and validate design hypothesis through usability testing of wire frames, clickable prototypes and completed products
Engage both internal and external stakeholders to align the product and UX design to serve its primary purpose and delight users
Work closely with the data team to measure the performance of user engagement and lead design discussions via a data-driven approach
Deliver artefacts that set the standard for design excellence, from ideation to prototypes to finished products
Continuously optimize the user experience of the portfolio of products and create market differentiation
