Job Summary We are looking for an IT Support professional to provide technical assistance and support for hardware, software, and network-related issues. The role involves troubleshooting, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support (in person, phone, email, or ticketing system)

  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues

  • Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment

  • Manage user accounts, access rights, and passwords

  • Perform system updates, backups, and basic security checks

  • Document issues, solutions, and IT procedures

  • Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or vendors when needed

  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

  • Proven experience in IT support or helpdesk role

  • Strong knowledge of Windows/macOS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking

  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools

  • Good problem-solving and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
