Job Summary We are looking for an IT Support professional to provide technical assistance and support for hardware, software, and network-related issues. The role involves troubleshooting, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for users.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-level technical support (in person, phone, email, or ticketing system)
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment
Manage user accounts, access rights, and passwords
Perform system updates, backups, and basic security checks
Document issues, solutions, and IT procedures
Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or vendors when needed
Ensure compliance with IT policies and best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Proven experience in IT support or helpdesk role
Strong knowledge of Windows/macOS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking
Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools
Good problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and under pressure
