Job Responsibilities
• Monitor daily cases of the open repair units
• Interact and communicate with customers on the update of the repair schedule and updates
• Liaise with Call centers, 3PL and customers to arrange delivery and pick up
• Ensure all customer issues; requests are addressed and resolved in a timely and documented into the system
• Assist in answering to customer enquiry and feedback
• Ensure quality of service is observed and follow up closely on the job progress until the case is completed
• Assist customer service officers to identify issues and provide support internally and externally
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
• Male / Female Maximum 35 years old
• Minimum D3 from any major
• Experience in a customer service environment preferably in Service Repair Electronic
• Advance in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
• Have excellent communication skill and customer – service oriented
• Fluent in English
• Diligent, Good attitude, High initiative and Pro-active
• Good communicator (verbal & written) with a natural attitude for dealing with people and interpersonal skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good self-awareness. Actively seeks out tasks that help develop skills and knowledge
• Actively encourage strong working relationships with another team
• Ability to work on own initiative & “Can Do” attitude
