Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Fresh graduates are welcome).

2. 1-2 years of experience as a Front-End Developer or in a similar role (fresh graduates with an impressive portfolio are considered a plus).

3. Basic understanding of UI/UX principles (preferred).

4. Proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript.

5. Proficiency in Content Management Systems such as Wordpress.

6. WordPress expertise, including theme customization, plugin customization, and performance optimization.

7. Experience with page builders such as Elementor, Divi, and/or Kadence is a plus.

8. A portfolio of frontend projects (with or without backend) that can be showcased.

9. Experience with databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL.

10. Knowledge of API development, including RESTful APIs.

11. Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git and GitHub/GitLab.

12. Graduates from Dicoding are preferred.

Responsibilities:

1. Master the basic structure of web pages, assist in developing the appearance and features of web-based applications, and implement designs into clean, responsive code.

2. Design and implement responsive user interfaces (UI/UX) for seamless user experiences.

3. Optimize application performance for speed, scalability, and efficiency.

4. Develop and manage WordPress websites, including theme customization and plugin integration.

5. Ensure the application’s appearance is consistent with the planned design and is well-displayed across various devices and screen sizes.

6. Utilize Elementor or Divi to create visually appealing and functional web pages.

7. Perform testing and debugging to ensure high-quality, reliable code.

8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, project managers, and QA testers.
