As a Pauau Bali Sales & Marketing Representative, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote primarily our property offerings as well as driving revenue growth and brand visibility. Your innovative ideas and strategic thinking will contribute to enhancing our brand presence, driving customer engagement, and ultimately boosting business growth. You will be involved in the initial brand strategy and help deriving and implementing it. Further to work with all other departments to ensure a smooth transition from Marketing and all related campaigns to quality lead generation for Sales.
This role further involves creating and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies, forging strong relationships with existing and new clients and partners, and contributing to the overall success of the company’s expansion plans.

Marketing
Manage digital campaigns across social media, email, and search engines.
Conduct research and analyse data to identify and define target market(s).
Cultivate and manage social media presence, engaging with the audience.
Ensure up-to-date, SEO-friendly website content.
Stay updated on market trends, identify opportunities, and competitors.
Coordinate events and nurture client relationships.
Analyse campaign performance and prepare insightful report
Marketing Strategy and Execution
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Utilize digital marketing channels, social media, and other platforms to promote properties.
Create compelling content, including brochures, advertisements, and online materials.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies.
Sales
Work with Management and Team to derive strategy to approach market segments.
Drive Sales by designing and implementing targeted marketing strategies.
Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas.
Creating and presenting sales performance report.
Perform other duties as assigned by the management team
Track and report on sales and marketing performance using relevant metrics.
Provide regular updates to management on market trends, challenges, and opportunities.
Sales and Client Relationship Management
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Conduct property tours and presentations to showcase the unique features of our offerings.
Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
Collaboration and Communication
Collaborate with internal teams, including design and development, to ensure accurate representation of properties in marketing materials.
Provide regular updates and reports to management on sales and marketing performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
Prior marketing experience, ideally in real estate, hospitality, or luxury sectors.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
Creative mindset and ability to multitask.
Strong understanding of the Bali property market and luxury services.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with a diverse team.
Proficient in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Must be located in Bali.
