Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams.
Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback.
Help clients identify the right marketing key performance indicators, highlight areas of improvement, and influence strategy
Must be smart and business savvy with consultative, problem-solving, and issue resolution skills.
Ability to understand the client’s requirements and develop activation plans that deliver results above and beyond expectations.
Build and grow client relationships via daily interaction, weekly review, and quarterly strategy planning, and use the opportunity to build trust, educate & influence clients.
Serve as the ‘voice of the customer’ and provide internal feedback on how we can better serve them to maximize customer value and retention.
Contribute and implement ideas and suggestions for process and operation improvement
Work collaboratively with the Sales team and Marketing team to always deliver campaigns on time.
Complete other ad hoc tasks/assignments as assigned by the management.
Prepare campaign briefs according to the agreed deliverables.
Monitors and ensures that KPIs are met.
Prepare post-campaign reports and conduct debriefing meeting with clients.
Minimum Qualifications
At least 3 years experience in client management or similar roles.
Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
Preferably with a media agency background.
Enjoy the fast-paced environment of a startup.
Familiar with presenting and strategizing influencer campaigns.
Skills in community and social media engagement.
Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Able to manage multiple clients and campaigns concurrently and follow timelines closely.
Organized, systematic, meticulous, and able to work under pressure.
