Requirements

• Minimum D3 Computer Engineering/Informatics/Electrical
• Minimum 2 years experience as a project manager in the IT field
• Strong in analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills
• Good in time management and team management
• Good in communication skills and speaking

Responsibilities

• Initiate projects, check feasibility and develop budgets, teams and resources.
• Execute planning which includes setting goals and objectives, defining roles and scheduling tasks to suit the needs of the Customer.
• Lead and motivate the project team and stakeholders (stakeholders).
• Manage the project which includes coordinating the project team to keep them on track and keeping the project on budget.
• Perform monitoring and control activities to track project progress.
• Identify and manage risks to ensure the project on time.
• Implement necessary changes during the project process.
• Generate periodic reports and BAST Project.
• Evaluate successes and challenges to improve learning for next project.
