Minimum Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 2 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Familiar with marketing at IT product (Hardware and Microsoft)
• Familiar with IT Hardware and Microsoft Products
• Having the knowledge to handle IT Hardware
• Having experienced and knowledge to manage project
• Having good communication skills in English both oral and written
• Target oriented

Responsibilities:

• Developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients. Liaise between clients, principals, and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs and objectives.
• As a Product Specialist, you are required to have basic knowledge of PC, Laptop, Printer, CCTV, Finger Print, ATM and Microsoft Products, and be able to learn in a fast phase.
• Product Specialists will be required to understand the technical aspect of the product that later will be assigned and will be in charge to provide technical explanations to the customer and internal sales.
