Responsibilities

• Improve HRIS function and utilization.
• Ensure personnel admin data completeness.
• Provide dashboard and reporting analysis.
• Maintain and improve HR Services process / activity (Claim, reimbursement, employee workforce activity).

Qualifications:

• Experience handling HRIS for min. 1 year (internship experience will be considered).
• Familiar with data analysis and processing.
• Well known about Business Process of Human Resource.
• Familiar with Microsoft product is a plus (Office 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, Dynamic 365, etc).
