Network Operations Center

Qualification:

1. Proficiency in using network monitoring software such as ( SolarWinds, PRTG, Nagios, Zabbix, Cacti, etc).

2. In-depth Knowledge of common network protocols (TCP/IP, BGP,OSPF,RIP,DNS,DHCP,SNMP and HTTP).

3. familiar with configuration and maintenance router, switch, access point, and load balancers (Mikrotik, Juniper, Unifi, Cambium, Cisco).

4. Understanding fundamentals of wireless network (Frequency, Channel, wireless security).

5. 2+ years experience in systems engineering or network management.

6. Prior experience maintaining and managing Cisco routers, switches, firewalls and access points.

Additional Qualifications:

1. Network Certificate (MTCNA, CCNA).

2. Understanding of fiber optic, Vsat, Cellular Network.

Job Description:

1. Identify, analyze, and resolve problems involving network connectivity, application performance, and security.

2. Analyze network, application, and infrastructure issues, diagnosing both hardware and software problems.

3. Work on diverse, complex, and constantly shifting technologies.

4. Ensure that network availability and performance is at an optimum level.

5. Maintain computer systems and provide support for users.

6. Troubleshoot hardware and software problems.

7. Proactively seek out new ideas and methods to improve.

8. Work independently, as well as in a team environment.

9. Perform testing through remote environment (from HQ).

10. Install hardware and/or software with necessary firmware from HQ (if needed).

11. Perform system analysis, problem resolution and network optimization.
