Requirement

• Minimum 5 years of working experience 
• Have strong leadership skills, goals oriented, and able to manage teams & deadlines.
• Fluent in English
• Advanced knowledge of PHP Laravel
• Knowledge of cloud services, especially Azure
• OOP, best practices architecture, dependency injection, and queue implementation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating team operations, to ensure deliveries within the time estimates, and the business specifications and needs.
• Identifying critical technical items and proposing solutions to reduce the technical risk of the team's projects (e.g.: Proof of Concepts).
• Providing technical guidance, coaching, helping and giving advice to team members.
• Overseeing and improving the team’s skills and efficiency, and organizing the training.
• Taking part in defining and ensuring the implementation of development processes.
