What we’re looking for

As a web3 company, we are looking for a backend engineer who is passionate about decentralized technologies and blockchain. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the principles and protocols of web3, as well as experience building backend systems for web and/or mobile applications.

In addition to technical expertise, we value strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. We are looking for a backend engineer who is excited to take on challenging projects and contribute to the growth and success of our company in the web3 space.

What you will do

• Responsible for the design and development of web3 or blockchain products

• Responsible for technical research

• Write clean, secure, and well-tested code

• Build tools and integrate systems to scale the effectiveness of the product

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience building highly reliable and scalable backend systems

• Experience in Nodejs and another one or more languages. Typescript, Rust or Go would be ideal.

• Experience in high-throughput distributed systems and microservices

• Experience with AWS and CI/CD workflow

• Experience with database schema design

• Driven, and passionate about building products

• You take ownership of your code

• Familiarity with security best practices

• Influence the features and direction of the platform with your own ideas and proactively identify opportunities to improve the product

• Ability to communicate complex ideas well with team members, including Product, Frontend and Marketing (if and when needed)
