If you are hired for this position, you have the opportunity to join the Google Cloud ID Partner Technical Residency Program which includes a 6 monthly program of Google Cloud hand-holding activities such as:

• Monthly Study Gathering: Study gathering involving all new hires to transfer knowledge around technical, best practices, soft skills, and learning progress.
• Mentorship: Pair with Google Cloud’s CE/PE for mentorship and gain insight from experts.
• Shadow/Reverse Shadowing: Involve in real customer-facing activities and get feedback from Google Cloud CEs/PE.

Cloud Architect Junior Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

As a Cloud Architect Junior Engineer, your key responsibilities revolve around designing, implementing, and managing cloud solutions to meet business objectives. You will also undergo a certification training program with Google to enhance your functional competencies.

These responsibilities imply activities such as:

• Design, build, and maintain cloud-based solutions on GCP
• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate GCP services
• Implement and configure GCP services, including Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL, and Kubernetes
• Automate cloud infrastructure using infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible
• Develop and implement security best practices for GCP environments
• Monitor and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure
• Document and share knowledge with the team
• Stay up-to-date with the latest GCP technologies and trends



Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, and information technology with a minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00 scales.
• Fresh graduate with knowledge in architecting, designing, developing, and implementing cloud solutions.
• Graduate of the Bangkit Cloud Computing program.
• Google Associate Cloud Engineer certification holder is preferred.
• A maximum of 2 years of work experience since university graduation.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks/projects.
• Strong aptitude for learning and commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Demonstrated integrity, problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and effective communication.
• Have two or more knowledge and skills such as :
• Cloud Architecture
• Basic understanding of core Google Cloud services, including Compute Engine, App Engine, Cloud Storage, BigQuery, and Pub/Sub.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Google Cloud Deployment Manager or Terraform.
• The basic configuration of Virtual Private Cloud (VPC), understanding of subnetting, and exposure to Google Cloud Load Balancing.
• Awareness of basic security practices on Google Cloud, including setting up firewalls and security policies.
• Exposure to containerization concepts and basic Kubernetes Engine usage.
• Introduction to IAM principles, roles, and permissions in GCP
• Familiarity with Stackdriver for monitoring and logging GCP resources.
• Introduction to Google Cloud databases such as Cloud SQL and Firestore.
• Awareness of serverless computing concepts, with exposure to Google Cloud Functions.
• Introduction to integrating Google Cloud services with popular DevOps tools for continuous integration and deployment.
• Basic exposure to data analysis using BigQuery and Google Cloud's data analytics services.
• Basic scripting skills in languages such as Python or Shell for automation tasks.
• Understanding of basic cloud cost management principles and monitoring resource usage.
• Awareness of Google Cloud certification paths and the importance of certification for career development.
• Good communication skills in English, both oral and written.
