Hi Everyone!

We’re looking for a Product Owner (Mandarin Speaker) to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about product development, understands both the technical and business sides, and is fluent in Mandarin.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in a tech/software company.

• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies (CSPO/PSPO certification is a plus).

• Proficient in Mandarin (native or fluent), English, and Bahasa Indonesia (both written and spoken).

• Solid knowledge of SDLC & PLM.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile platforms.

• Customer-centric mindset with the ability to turn needs into actionable requirements.

• Can be join ASAP.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main bridge between stakeholders and the development team.

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

• Translate business goals into actionable user stories and tasks.

• Prioritize product backlog and manage sprint planning activities.

• Work closely with developers, designers, and business stakeholders to deliver valuable product features.

• Analyze product performance, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform product direction.

• Provide regular updates to management and stakeholders on project progress and future plans.
