About the Role We’re looking for a DevOps Engineer who thrives in fast-paced environments and can work with minimal guidance. You’ll be responsible for building, managing, and scaling our infrastructure to support high availability, performance, and security. If you know what you’re doing — we’d love to meet you.

What You'll Be Doing

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies.

• Monitor and optimize infrastructure performance, availability, and reliability.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve system architecture and scalability.

• Automate operational tasks to reduce manual effort and risk.

• Ensure infrastructure security and compliance.

• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across services and multiple levels of the stack.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or related fields.

• Proven ability to work independently with limited supervision.

• Strong sense of ownership and initiative.

• Solid experience with cloud platforms (especially AWS).

• Proficiency in containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

• Experience with monitoring/logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog).

• Dicoding graduates are welcome to apply.

Mandarin speaker is a big plus
