The Role:

This dual-focused role is designed for a dynamic individual who excels in both the strategic, relationship-building aspects of Business Development and the targeted, solution-oriented approach of Sales. It's tailored for someone passionate about not just meeting, but exceeding growth targets through innovative strategies and deep industry insights. The successful candidate will pursue direct sales objectives and identify and develop new business opportunities that align with the company's long-term vision.

Responsibilities:

· Strategic Business Growth: Identify, develop, and drive new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships, market expansion initiatives, and new product or service offerings.

· Sales Execution: Implement aggressive sales strategies to meet or exceed the company's revenue targets by aligning customer needs with our innovative solutions.

· Customer & Partner Engagement: Establish and maintain robust relationships with key accounts, strategic partners, and industry stakeholders to foster long-term business opportunities.

· Market Intelligence: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify emerging trends, potential partnerships, and competitive threats, using these insights to inform business strategy and product development.

· Collaboration with Technical Teams: Ensure our solutions meet market needs and leverage AWS services effectively through close collaboration with technical teams.

· Brand Ambassadorship: Enhance the company's visibility and reputation in the broader industry through participation in events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Requirements:

· Proven experience in business development and sales within the tech field to BFSI customers, with a track record of achieving growth targets (7-12 years of experience).

· Strong understanding of AWS services and the cloud computing landscape. Previous experience with AWS sales teams is highly advantageous.

· Exceptional communication, presentation, and influencing skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels, including executive and C-level.

· Strategic thinker skilled in identifying new business opportunities and building beneficial partnerships.

· Excellent negotiation, listening, and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

· BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience.

· Willingness to travel extensively across Indonesia.
