JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Vendor Sourcing (Assisting Procurement)
Vendor Sourcing and Maintain Vendor List by assisting Procurement
Providing Quantities and all technical requirement to Procurement
2. Quantity Surveying & Cost Estimate
Measurements and Preparation of BOQ (including liaison with external QS Consultants)
Preparation of Cost Data and assisting in Cost Plan preparation
Leads in Value Engineering Exercise for alternative materials and construction methods.
Working with team and related department/consultant in providing best option for projects
Identify and communicate potential problems with related departments.
3. Tender Management & Contract (Including liaison with external QSs)
Lead/Assisting in Tender Preparation and Tender Management
Lead/Assisting in preparation of Contract Documents
4. Post Contract Management (Including liaison with external QSs)
Post Contract administration and final accounts settlement
Price Comparison and Analysis
Cost and Payments Monitoring
Verifiy and evaluate detail estimations and preparation of VO / VESebagai [Posisi Lowongan], Anda akan berpartisipasi dalam proses pembangunan aplikasi yang sedang dibangun di dalam perusahaan [Nama Perusahaan]. Anda juga diharapkan mampu bekerja di dalam tim.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree (S1) in engineering
Speak English fluently is a must
Minimum 7 years experience as Quantity Surveyor
Resourceful and able to establish a network with local vendors
Familiar and have good understanding on Quantity Surveying process
Have exposure and good understanding in Tender management
Have exposure and good understanding in Contract management
Possesses integrity, initiative and drive
Good initiative and able to work with Teams of different department.
Team player with good hands-on multi-tasking abilities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
In-depth understanding of construction practice in Batam is a plus.
Able to use Microsoft program, AutoCAD, other QS program to perform the works.
