Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, System Information, or any related field.

2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in Banking or Financial institutions.

3. Strong understanding of AS400

4. Professional level knowledge of management tools such as MS Office, Google Suites, and risk management tools

5. Have a good strategic planning intuition, strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

6. Experience in cross-function collaboration especially with Product and Tech team and defining priority list

7. Fluent in English.

Job Description

Product Owner for Bank Neo Commerce Core Banking and Internal Applications, responsible for leading product development and enhancements within defined scopes. The role involves collaborating closely with business users, IT development teams, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless product delivery and maintain high quality. Additionally, the System Analyst acts as a critical liaison between the Product and IT Development teams, ensuring that business requirements are clearly translated into best technical solutions.
