Requirements

1. S1 Communication Technology / Computer Science, Computer Engineering / Telecommunications
2. 1-2 years experience in a related field
3. Good analytical and problem-solving skills
4. Knowledge of network technology, maintenance, backup links,network availability, and network capacity monitoring

Job Description

1. Manage the Backhaul Data Center operational network
2. Responsible for the availability of core network DC and DRC
3. Manage network system maintenance at the head office and branches
4. Improve intranet performance and create internet domains
5. Collaborate with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
6. Recommended the provision and selection of technology solutions regarding network development
7. Proactively provide consultation to other project personnel
8. Configuration and installation of various network devices and services (routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs)
9. Responsible for network backup in DC and DRC
10. Collaborate with the IT Helpdesk team regarding problem-solving
11. Perform diagnostic tests and repairs, and develop data archiving, backup, and retrieval procedures
12. Optimizing server capacity to meet online traffic demands
13. Test network protocols and ensure stable and secure server connectivity
