Responsibilities

1. Support and maintenance Server, Storage and backup system

2. Support and maintenance virtual environments for both desktops and servers based on Microsoft and other virtual products

3. Support and maintenance infrastructure for business solutions based on Windows, Windows server, Linux or Unix

4. Support and maintenance enterprise applications such as Active Directory, SQL, Sharepoint, and Exchange

5. Manage Support Project as Operation Manager for some customer.
