Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for custom software applications.

2. Conduct functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing to identify and report bugs,

defects, and issues.

3. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business analysts to understand requirements

and provide feedback on application design and usability.

4. Document test results, defects, and test procedures to ensure clear communication and tracking of

issues.

5. Support the design and development of training materials for end-users and stakeholders.

6. Participate in training sessions to assist in delivering training content and providing user support.

7. Learn to customize training materials to suit the needs and skill levels of different user groups.

8. Help users understand the features and functionalities of the applications.
