Employment Status : Contract (Based on Project)

Duration : Around 3 months

Responsibilities :

Work onsite for 3 days at the client's office located in Sunter, North Jakarta during the project.

Job Description :

• Coordinate people and processes to deliver projects on time, within budget and with the desired outcomes aligned to objectives;
• Define project objectives, project scope, roles & responsibilities;
• Prepare a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams & activities;
• Track project and providing regular reports on project status to project team and key stakeholders;
• As a Scrum Master who responsible for ensuring the team implements agile practices and values in a disciplined manner, such as daily stand ups, retrospectives and others;
• Coordinate solutions to risks and issues that arise in project work;
• Plan and execute disciplined scrum activities such as daily sprint planning, sprint review and sprint release.

Job requirements :

• At least 1 year experience in IT systems and software development
• Proficient and understanding of the use of Agile and Scrum.
• Understanding of the software development life cycle, Data Flow Diagrams, Entity Relationship diagrams
• Solid Computer Science fundamentals, and excellent problem-solving skills.
