Roles and Responsibilities:

• Generate creative and innovative ideas, providing significant contributions to Mandiri's progress.
• Perform technical process analysis and map business processes.
• Coordinate functions related to products or projects that support and implement the interpretation of used solutions, conducting sessions for further understanding (detailing).
• Create documentation and analyze current business processes and underlying systems/applications.
• Document and develop detailed specifications of functional requirements and related business activities.
• Negotiate requirements based on technical analysis efforts.
• Create high-level and detailed designs for each screen and business process.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Systems, or a relevant field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working as a solution designer, solution architect, or equivalent.
• Experience as a Developer.
• Possess initiative, discipline, responsibility, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work individually and in teams, as well as coordinate with other related teams.
• Ability to provide input/ideas for improvements within the team.
• Strong analytical skills.

Required Skills:

• Experience in Microservices and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) concepts, Principal Programming.
• Understanding of Agile Methodology within the SDLC.
• Familiarity with administration related to Jira and Confluence.
• Backend Developer/Engineer experience.

Additional Skills:

• Experience in team handling or team supervision.
• Experience in solution architecture.
