JOB Descriptions:

• Create and innovate and make a significant contribution to independent progress

• Carry out the function of a facilitator who serves one or several Scrum Teams by providing

• services to the Scrum Team (Product Owner, Development Team, and Stakeholders).

• Monitoring the Scrum Team in carrying out the development process in an agile, adaptive, transparent manner and professional.

• Carry out the Scrum Core Values function for the Scrum Team, namely: Courage, Focus, Openness,

• Respect and Commitment.

• Monitoring the Development Team's focus on outside interventions and impediments.

• Carry out escalations and find solutions to impediments faced by Development team.

• Carry out the collaboration function with the Product Owner in ensuring that development

• Carry out by the Scrum Team in accordance with the agreed Sprint Goals.

• Arrange Product Backlog priorities in accordance with the value and level of urgency to the Product Owner

• Monitoring Development Team in conducting the Scrum Ceremony.

• Analyze problems and proactively help the Scrum Team find solutions (short term and long term)

• Analyze opportunities and implement process and workflow improvements to improve effectiveness and efficiency.

• Carry out training sessions / knowledge sharing sessions as needed by the Scrum Team and all organizations about Agile methodologies and scrum frameworks.

• Carry out collaboration functions with other teams inside and outside IT with consistent communication positive, clear and constructive.

• Carry out other tasks with full responsibility as determined by the Group Head.

Requirements:

• Having a minimum of 3 years of experience in software development project involvement (SDLC).

• Having experience as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, Development Team member, or Project Manager with a total minimum experience of 3 years.

• Having knowledge related to Agile and Waterfall SDLC.

• Having experience in implementing Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-up, sprint review, and sprint retrospective).

Required Skills:

• Having a minimum of 3 years of experience in software development project involvement (SDLC).

• Having experience as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, Development Team member, or Project Manager with a total minimum experience of 3 years.

• Having experience as a Developer, Coding specialist, or Analyst.

• Having knowledge related to Agile and Waterfall SDLC.

• Experienced in Jira/Confluence or similar administrative tasks.

• Having experience in implementing Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-up, sprint review, and sprint retrospective).

Additional Skills:

• Holding a Product Owner Certification.

• Holding a Scrum Developer Certification
