Proxima Asia Consulting is hiring a Software Engineer - Frontend on behalf of our client, a Business Consulting and Services provider.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the design and backend teams to develop and implement user-friendly web applications.

• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code using Vue 3, TypeScript, and related technologies.

• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

• Debug and troubleshoot issues to ensure seamless user experiences.

• Stay updated on the latest frontend trends and best practices.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in frontend development or relevant projects. Fresh graduate with relevant experience is welcomed.

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

• Familiarity with Vue.js (Vue 3 preferred) and its core principles, including the Composition API.

• Understanding of component-based architecture and state management libraries (e.g., Pinia, Vuex).

• Experience integrating frontend applications with RESTful APIs.

• Basic knowledge of version control tools like Git.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Communicate effectively and professionally in English.

Nice-to-Have

• Understanding of React.js or Next.js and the ability to work across frameworks.

• Experience with build tools like Vite or Webpack.

• Familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress).

• Knowledge of CSS preprocessors (e.g., SCSS) or frameworks (e.g., Tailwind CSS).

• Understanding of accessibility and responsive design principles.
