We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to help shape and elevate the user experience across Pejuang OSN’s website and digital products. You will play a key role in designing intuitive, responsive, and engaging user interfaces that reflect our brand and values. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with developers and product teams to bring ideas to life.
Length of contract: 6 months and possibilities for extension
Job arrangement: 3 days WFH and 2 days WFO in Kota Depok
Design and iterate user interfaces for Pejuang OSN’s website and digital products, ensuring an intuitive, engaging, and seamless user experience.
Translate product requirements and user needs into wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs.
Create consistent visual styles, design systems, and UI components that reflect Pejuang OSN’s brand identity and values.
Collaborate closely with full-stack developers to ensure designs are accurately implemented and user-friendly responsive design.
Conduct user research (developing user flows, customer journey maps, prototypes), gathering feedback, and applying insights to continuously improve the user journey.
Create digital assets such as illustrations, icons, banners, and web animations to support and enrich the overall user interface design.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
Having certifications from Dicoding is a plus.
Strong portfolio demonstrating UI design, UX thinking, and responsive web design projects.
Ability to create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user journey maps.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
Experience in responsive design and ensuring accessibility across different devices and screen sizes.
Strong attention to detail, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS concepts to communicate effectively with developers (you don’t have to code, but knowing the basics is a huge plus).
Ability to conduct user research, gather feedback, and iterate based on findings.
Experience in creating smooth and engaging website animations (e.g., using Lottie, CSS animations, or prototyping tools with animation features) is a plus but not mandatory.
