Education & Certifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Telecommunications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Professional certifications preferred (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile/Scrum certifications, TM Forum certifications)
Experience
3–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT, Telecommunications, or Systems Integration projects.
Hands-on experience with integration projects involving OSS/BSS systems, CRM, ERP, network systems, or cloud platforms.
Exposure to APIs, middleware, ESB (Enterprise Service Bus), and system orchestration.
Familiarity with telco-specific environments (e.g., mobile, fixed, broadband, IoT).
Technical Skills
Strong understanding of system integration principles (API gateways, microservices, ETL, data mapping, middleware).
Experience working with API documentation (Swagger, OpenAPI) and understanding REST/SOAP services.
Ability to analyze complex system interfaces and workflows.
Tools: JIRA, Confluence, Visio, BPMN tools, Postman (for API testing), SQL (for basic data analysis).
Understanding of cloud integrations (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
Knowledge of Telecom domains (e.g., provisioning, billing, charging, customer management).
Having Dicoding certifications will be a plus
Business & Analytical Skills
Strong requirements gathering, gap analysis, and process mapping skills.
Ability to write clear business requirement documents (BRD), functional specifications (FSD), and use cases.
Capability to create high-level and detailed-level process flow diagrams and sequence diagrams.
Ability to perform data analysis, identify integration points, and manage data mapping exercises.
Understanding of business process re-engineering and digital transformation initiatives.
Soft Skills
Excellent communication skills (both technical and business language).
Strong stakeholder management – ability to bridge between technical teams and business users.
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality deliverables.
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive attitude.
Team player who can also operate independently when required.
Agile/Scrum working experience is highly valued.
