Position : Key Account Executive

About The Role :

We are currently seeking Key Account Executive to participate in responsible for product distribution, sales and promotional activities carried out in the Central Java area. For this role, you will collaborate actively with the marketing department to plan, implement and evaluate promotions that have been carried out.

What You Will Do ?

• Responsible for product distribution, sales and promotional activities carried out in MTI/NK Account all around the Central Java (DIY & Jawa Tengah)
• Submit a business plan and promo plan based on the promotion budget at MTI outlets
• Negotiation of product listings and displays at MTI outlets
• Negotiation with MTI Outlets to implement a marketing plan, regarding product, pricing, place (display & merchandising) and promotion
• Collaborate actively with the marketing department to plan, implement and evaluate promotions that have been carried out

What You Will Need ?

• Have experience in related field at the FMCG or pharmaceutical industries
• Mastering the area and having good relations with MTI outlets
• Have strong data analysis
• Have strong communication and negotiation skills
• Spirited leadership
