Job Description

• Build and maintain backend and automation flows

• Integrate AI logic into our assistant to help it make smarter decisions

• Connect different services and build integrations Work with LLM and text to speech to bring our assistant’s voice to life

• Collaborate with a team of developers, designers, and product managers to ship features fast

• Use AI to assist in programming for quicker delivery

• Participate in testing when required to ensure quality

• Any other miscellaneous technical tasks

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Python, JavaScript

• Comfortable working with AI models and APIs, and understanding how to integrate them into apps

• Hands-on experience with n8n or similar automation tools

• Good working knowledge of LLM and text-to-speech systems

• Solid Git skills and experience collaborating on projects with other developers

• A strong team player who’s shipped real projects and thrives in a startup or fast-paced environment

• Excellent communicator, proactive problem solver, and independent worker

• Completion of Dicoding’s certified programs in relevant technologies (e.g., Backend with Python) will be considered a plus.
