Sebagai Cloud Technical Residents, Anda akan diminta untuk memberikan technical expertise dengan portofolio, fitur, dan teknologi Produk Google Cloud dengan mendemonstrasikan, melakukan deployment, dan memberikan dukungan kepada pengguna Google Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Membantu customer Google Cloud menyelesaikan kebutuhan mereka dengan solusi kreatif menggunakan portfolio Google Cloud.
• Memberikan umpan-balik kepada tim internal Google Cloud terkait customer feedback, termasuk kepada cross-functional teams dan Product Management & Engineering
• Berkolaborasi dengan customer dan Googlers untuk mengelola dan memastikan adopsi teknologi Google Cloud, termasuk memberikan rekomendasi arsitektur solusi dan memberikan tawaran konsultasi.
• Memandu customer melalui daur inovasi, membangun peta jalan strategis, dan mendorong tercapainya milestones.
• Menyelesaikan dan membantu permasalahan operasional customer melalui problem solving dan technical troubleshooting, dan memastikan dengan tim internal untuk penyelesaian, serta membantu customer untuk mendapatkan jawaban untuk pertanyaan yang dimiliki.

Minimum qualifications:

• To apply, you need to be a Bangkit graduate.
• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant STEM field (e.g. Computer Science, Information Systems, Management Information Systems) or equivalent practical experience. (Already Graduated)
• Certified Associate Cloud Engineer or Tensorflow Developer Certificate
• Experience working with Databases, Web Technologies, Machine Learning, AI or Cloud Foundations (e.g. cloud computing) through certifications, internships, coursework, or relevant practical experience.
• Experience in customer service, communication or leadership.
• Ability to speak and write English and Bahasa fluently.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience developing programs/scripts in C++, Java, Python, SQL or experience in infrastructure/system administration.
• Experience building or troubleshooting websites or web applications using web technologies (e.g., HTTP(S), JavaScript, APIs, TCP/IP, DNS).
• Experience in systems software and algorithms, working with Linux/Unix. Experience in database design and SQL query construction.
• Experience leading entrepreneurial efforts, outreach within organizations, and/or in project/product/program management.
• Ability to adapt your message to stakeholders and present technical materials. Demonstrate organizational, problem-solving, or troubleshooting skills.
• Is a Bangkit Distinction Graduate
