Integrate diverse systems, networks, and servers to achieve overall aims within the SLA
Find solutions for obstacles when trying to get systems to work together: different operating systems, different programming and database languages
Document and visualize representations of systems, drafting technical instructions, engineering plans, technical designs, and other systems integration-related documents
Identify and resolve performance, stability, and scalability issues with build, test, and deployment pipelines of staging/sandbox environment
Support the development of appropriate integration and testing strategies
Research, evaluate, and recommend systems, equipment, and technologies based on client need
Develop work plans and estimates as they relate to systems integration work tasks
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in the field of Computer Science, Information Science, or equivalent
Up to 5 years experience in the related field of work (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
Demonstrated experience in providing Level 2 ICT (technical) support
Programming experience will be an advantage
Solution and results-driven attitude with the ability to respond quickly to and manage change.

Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly build relationships across all departments and levels internally and externally
