As a Product Designer, you will be joining the Product & Engineering team in building quality and useful products for Dicoding users. With your ability and sense of design, you will be responsible for creating an outstanding user experience.

We are looking for a designer who does not only make designs that are good or pleasing to the visual side but also can solve user problems.

Responsibilities

• Translating the platform or business problem into actionable insight.
• Conduct usability testing and user research.
• Collaborate with engineers and other stakeholders in analyzing a solution to be built.
• Translating high-level business requirements into the design plan.
• Monitoring, identifying, and resolving UX issues.
• Improve the UI on the Dicoding website.

Requirements

• Understand how to plan and conduct design research (Quantitative and Qualitative).
• Having good knowledge using design tools such as Figma, Figjam, and Maze.
• Have the courage to pour creative thinking into articulating design decisions.
• Having a growth mindset and high curiosity.
• Want to live a healthy and balanced life.



Nice to Haves

• Experience in crafting designs for web-based products.
• Understand the design process in the industry and keep up with design trends.
• Have a good knowledge of the design system.
• Have good illustration skills.
• Having experience working in a software development environment.
