Data Analyst in Business Automation

We are currently seeking a passionate Data Analyst to join our intelligent Automation Team and help us discover the information hidden in vast amounts of data and help us make smarter decisions to deliver even better products.

Your primary focus will be to conduct ETL, analysis, reporting, visualization and dashboarding of large amount of data. You will also be applying process mining techniques to extract insights from business processes by the means of analyzing the event data generated during the execution of the business processes, with the end goal to discover, model, monitor and optimize the underlying processes. With your help, we want to shorten the process discovery cycle, monitor process conformance by identifying patterns in the data and identify process bottlenecks as well as communicating it efficiently with stakeholders. This role will rely heavily on effective communication, creative solutions, thorough documentation, and timely delivery.

Responsibilities:

1.    Conduct ETL process for multiple event logs to be ready to be used for Process Mining Analysis.

2.    Create visualization and dashboard to improve and monitor product or process performance.

3.    Collaborate with product management and engineering departments to understand company needs and devise possible solutions.

4.    Enhancing data collection procedures to include information that is relevant for building our analytical systems

5.    Processing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis.

6.    Doing ad-hoc analysis and presenting results in a clean manner.

Requirements:

1.    At least 1 year of relevant experience.

2.    Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills.

3.    Have strong knowledge in Python for data processing.

4.    Solid understanding of Statistics, Data Manipulation, Visualization and Dashboarding, demonstrated experience in working with SQL, log files, Tableau, Metabase or alike.

5.    Communication skills to engage with business stakeholders to understand their needs and effectively communicate the results of the analytical solutions

6.    Ability to write comprehensive and concise technical documentation

7.    Experience in Process Mining software (i.e. Disco) and UiPath Automation tool will be a plus.
