Job Description:

·       Analyzing, understanding, and documenting the business processes in detail to recommend and implement hyper-automation solutions.

·       Utilizing a data-driven approach to streamline and optimize processes.

·       Designing, managing, and enhancing architecture to support automation solutions.

·       Participating in various types of meetings or workshops to define, design, and configure automation solutions.

·       Creating and maintaining solution documentation, including metrics related to time and cost savings.

·       Supporting internal stakeholders in testing activities, including integration testing, end-to-end (business process) testing, and UAT.

·       Troubleshooting and resolving issues that arise in the day-to-day running of automation processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required.

·       Managing the BOTs migration from Development to Test and Production environments in alignment with the defined change management processes.

Requirements:

·       Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field.

·       1-2 years in UiPath or similar robotic process automation software would be an advantage.

·       Strong familiarity with application design architecture and its applications in a business context.

·       Data-driven mindset with demonstrated ability to leverage metrics and data for decision-making.

·       Proven ability to integrate and utilize APIs in developing solutions.

·       Programming or development experience (Java, C# or .NET) is highly desirable.

·       Scripting knowledge or experience (Python, VB Script, Shell script, PowerShell, etc.) is preferred.

·       Proficient in professional software engineering and best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.

·       Ability to understand and create business process workflow diagrams or procedural documentation.

·       Understanding of Agile Development Methodologies especially Scrum.

·       Exposure to performance measurement and continuous improvement methodologies.

·       UiPath Advanced Developer Certification is a significant advantage.
