BTPN SMART Bankers Program is one of BTPN Acceleration Programs that prepares fresh graduate talents to become Professional and Smart Bankers through extensive education, exposure and experience.

This program offers the opportunity to pursue career in areas within Corporate Banking business based on assessment and qualifications.

You will gain both technical and non-technical trainings throughout the program that enhances your skills to be able to offer a complete financial solution and service in various business segments.

Minimum Qualifications

• Fresh Graduate with a minimum of Bachelor degree from any major or less than 1 year of working experience
• Has strong persuasion, communication and interpersonal skills
• Good analytical thinking and high creativity
• Strong interest in sales activities with target orientation
• Has high motivation, commitment and perseverance to overcome challenges
• Proficient in English (both verbal and written)
• Available for placement at BTPN Head Office or BTPN Branches across nation (based on candidate's domicile)
