We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Architect (Full-time)

Responsibilities:

• In charge of developing technical drawing
• Control project from start to finish to ensure high-quality, innovative and functional design
• Identify clients’ needs and put together feasibility reports and design proposals
• Produce detailed blueprints and make any necessary corrections
• Compile project specifications
• Handle projects within budgets and timelines
• Ensure that all work is carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations
• Cooperate and liaise with construction professionals
• Follow architectural trends and advancements

Requirements:

• Indonesian citizen
• Proficency in written and spoken English
• Proven work experience as an Architect or in a similar role
• Proficient in using AutoCad, Sketchup, Render Vray or Enscape
• Proven work experience for building villa with different concepts
• Excellent drawing and designing skills
• Excellent construction skills
• Degree in architectural engineering
