Responsibilities

• Design & Documenting Service Level Management according to ITIL Framework
• Generate written reports and present them to the supervisor and other parties as needed
• Take part as a L1/L2 support (if needed) for a mobile app project
• Maintain documentation among IT department processes and procedures
• Review and provide feedback for the current SLM processes and documentation

The duration of this internship will be 3 (three) months within min. 3 (three) times each week to work at office.

Minimum Qualifications

• Final year undergraduate student (Computer Science/IT/Information System)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated
• Ability to work effectively independently and within a team
