Our client has played a pivotal role in the development of world-prenowned brands like BMW, Honda and Toyota, and they are now looking for a talented Project Manager to help drive their continued success.

What We’re Looking For:

• Graduate from reputable university with minimum GPA 3.20

• Preferably from Information Technology, Mathematics, or other exact majors related to IT

• Open for fresh graduates with Internship experience or IT-related projects

• Or max. 1,5 years of work experience in IT field

• Preferably have basic knowledge and skills in project management

• Strong strategic thinking, critical, and analytical skills

• Strong leadership, communication & interpersonal skills

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to details

• Goal-oriented and able to work under pressure 

• Reliable and responsible

• Have a good integrity

• Curious and open to challenges

• PLUS: If you’re familiar with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana) 

What Will You Do:

• Running project according to SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) and CISTs (Cost, Information, Schedule and Technology) 

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with users 

• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation

• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion

• Identify and manage project risks, ensuring timely resolution and mitigation

• Collaborate with end-users and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects

• Represent the team in strategic discussions with stakeholder

• Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded
