Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web and mobile applications.

• Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure software quality.

• Collaborate with development teams to identify, document, and track defects and issues.

• Utilize test management tools, including SQL and Postman, to facilitate testing processes.

• Maintain detailed documentation of testing processes, results, and issues encountered.

• Analyze test results and provide feedback to development teams to enhance product quality.

• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in QA methodologies and tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• Minimum of 1+ year of experience in QA (Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply).

• Familiarity with test management tools, such as SQL, Postman, and mobile testing for Android/iOS.

• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

• Attention to detail and a project-oriented mindset with a strong focus on quality.

• Passionate about delivering high-quality work and improving processes.

• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
